RoleThe Head of Development plays a pivotal role in driving the technological vision, innovation, and
execution strategies of the product development organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the
CTO collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technology initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise,
strategic leadership, and a deep understanding of product development lifecycles.

Responsibilities• Technology Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with

• Product Innovation: Drive continuous innovation in product development by fostering a culture of creativity and experimentation. Lead the research and development efforts to introduce new
features, functionalities, and solutions that address market needs and customer feedback.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering and
development teams. Define and enforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and reliable products.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, design, marketing, and
other departments to ensure seamless coordination and integration of technology initiatives across the organization. Champion a collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and cross-functional communication.
• Technology Stack Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of the

compliance issues. Implement robust cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols to safeguard sensitive information and maintain regulatory compliance.
